Company Case Study
Why?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sounds like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
As Head of Innovation I had the opportunity to help support, grow and nurture the Creative Ideation function. My passion for creativity, innovation and problem solving inspired me to create a space where people would feel comfortable sharing their ideas, and producing at their best levels.
What?
For over 16 years, I have been successfully implementing my expertise, creativity and technical skills to create innovative solutions for a wide range of digital applications.
In this role, I architected a strategy for capturing opportunities as they arise, maximized executive participation in the ideation and development process, boosted efficiency through rapid prototyping, and launched relevant and profitable products to the market on time.

VFA 2017
Viral Fest Asia was an online digital festival dedicated to celebrating the most creative, powerful, and heartwarming viral videos from around the region that has grown into an online community of over 5 million views on YouTube. My job was to create and manage the event's Visual Image, including banners, posters, social media avatars, and Instagram feeds, including the mobile app and landing page implementation.
A Mobile App brought an extra layer of interactivity to the event, enabling attendees to explore the VFA via maps and schedules, buy tickets directly from their phone, RSVP events, find out more about speakers and sponsors, follow them instantly on social media, and much more.
What do you do?
Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.
Learnings
With more than 5 million views on YouTube, this event is a must-attend for every online creator in Asia. We strategized, designed, and created its Visual Identity, Media Kits, Mobile App, and Landing Page for both iOS and Android platforms, allowing attendees to explore the event via maps and schedules, buy tickets directly from their phones, RSVP events, find out more about speakers and sponsors, follow them instantly on social media and much more.
This two years project taught me how hard it could be to communicate with a mixed audience formed by millennials, Media&Adv partners, Creators, Investors, and Digital Entertainment specialists, speaking seven different languages in 12 countries and being able to deliver a valuable and meaningful product to the public present on the biggest Viral Videos Festival in Asia.

Learnings
Sprints are always surprising. Not only by measuring the level of enthusiasm and teamwork inside departments or groups but also to understand how much affinity people can have with ideally "perfect" products. On WTVA Awards' sprint the results were unbelievable and set new marks on my sprints expectations.
